STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION
At SAE you can search for your course by career outcome, qualification level, area of study, or by course name. Once you find what course you would like to study, make sure you meet the course eligibility criteria by checking the Study Pathways and International Entry Requirements pages.

Fill and submit the online form by clicking on Apply Now.
SAE’s Application form is quick and easy and will take less than 2 minutes to complete.
Once you submit the online form, an SAE Course Advisor will then get in touch with you to answer any questions you may have and make sure you meet the course eligibility criteria.
Afterward, the required papers for admission will be explained to you over the phone and sent to your email along with the International Student Enrolment Form.
Download and complete the International Enrolment form sent to your email and send it back to your Admission Advisor.
Please ensure you attach a copy of your passport, academic documents, and evidence of English competency (if available).
If your enrollment application was approved, your Admission Advisor will ask you to:
- Pay a tuition deposit (SAE’s bank details will be sent to your email).
- Send a copy of the transfer/bank receipt.
Once SAE receives your deposit payment, your advisor will send you an Acceptance letter and your Payment Invoice.
Book your ticket to Amman ahead of time or as advised by the Course Advisor.

APPLYING FOR YOUR STUDENT VISA
International visitors intending to stay in Jordan for the purpose of full-time study must confirm enrollment with the Registration Department upon arrival to Amman, for an SAE agent to proceed with the visa issuance application. However, some nationalities need to issue a student visa before entering Jordan, check with your Admission Advisor before booking your flight.
The visa application charge and other visa-related costs are to be paid by the student separately, as they are not included in the fees paid to SAE. Your Admission Advisor will inform you about the approximate costs.
Student Visa processing times can be different for everyone, depending on your personal circumstances. Applying during peak periods can also affect processing times. Generally, it takes around a month to be issued.
Your Student Visa will have conditions. Some conditions are the same for each student (Mandatory Conditions), and others may be applied depending on your circumstances (Discretionary conditions). Breaching your visa conditions can result in the cancellation of your student visa, so you should ensure you understand all the requirements.
