Course Overview, Objectives, & Brief:
-Overview:
• In this 27 hours course, participants will be introduced to the world of storytelling and writing scripts for short films, TVC, and Feature films. Throughout the course, they will learn about scene building, story structure, genres, formats, adapting, and character writing. By the end of this course, participants will be able to write & develop their own ideas and start exploring the world of scriptwriting.
-Objectives:
• In this course, participants will learn the tools to pursue a career in scriptwriting, and how to write and develop ideas into a script, using all the needed tools (software). Throughout the course, participants will be divided into groups, and in groups, they will do small writing tables and discuss each other ideas and will develop them until finish short scripts. The output-finished scripts should reflect the gained experience throughout the course.
