Bachelor’s Program & Local/Associate Diploma Eligibility:

To join a Bachelor’s Program or a Local/Associate Diploma at SAE, a student must be holding a Jordanian General Secondary Certificate (Tawjihi/Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification certificate.

  • A minimum GPA of 60% (after Jordanian equivalency) is required for any Bachelor’s degree at SAE.

  • A GPA ranging between 50% and 59% (after Jordanian equivalency) is eligible to join the Local/Associate Diploma for two years.

Training Diploma Eligibility:

A student with an incomplete foreign or Jordanian certificate is eligible to enrol in the Training Diploma program for two years.

Foreign/International Certificates:

International (non-Jordanian) and Jordanian students holding foreign secondary certificates (British GCE, SAT, International Baccalaureate, or an American High School Diploma, etc.), obtained inside the kingdom or abroad, can be accepted at SAE after providing an equivalency of the certificate from The Ministry of Education in Jordan. Visit the Ministry of Education/Authentication and Equivalence of Certificates Section on their website to know more about the rules, conditions, and requirements for certificate equalization. The GPA after Jordanian equivalency will determine the degree a student is eligible to study at SAE, as explained above.

Students holding a Jordanian Community College Diploma/Associate Diploma (from SAE or another college) and who have passed the Shamel Comprehensive Exam with an average of no less than (68) are accepted in equivalent BA majors as listed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
